Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
With all tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email info@twirlista.com. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns After 14 Days
Requests made after the 14-day return window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and the condition of the item, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for returns requested after 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@twirlista.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Beauty or personal care products
Perishable goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before making your purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, has its original tags and packaging, and includes proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
